Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, service quality, SOP compliance, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and manage a multicultural team, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle feedback and complaints, and drive customer retention initiatives.
• Develop and execute sales, marketing, membership, and partnership strategies while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage inventory, procurement, supplier relationships, and cost controls.
• Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost management, P&L oversight, and regular reporting.

Requirement

• sBachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Wellness Management, or related field (preferred)
• .Professional Spa Management, Aesthetics, or Wellness certification is an advantage
• .Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service industries
• .Strong knowledge of spa operations, luxury service standards, and wellness treatments
• .Proven leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
