Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and manage the incident tickets.
  2. To work with other IT pillars to ensure stores issues are resolved timely.
  3. Responsible to manage support on all IT Applications at stores, eg. POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application etc.
  4. Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to-date.
  5. Hands on to attend and solve user problem when required.
  6. Involved in departmental project.
  7. As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.



Job Requirements

  1. Willing to be hands on to resolve critical tickets as per when required.
  2. Willing to get familiar and develop strong understanding on all stores systems.
  3. Good stakeholders and internal communication skills.
  4. Good time management, scheduling, analytics and problem-solving skills.
  5. Must be proactive in driving desired outcome.
  6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  7. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Possess proactiveness in follow up on incident tickets to ensure SLA.
