Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs
Lead soft skills training initiatives, including leadership, communication, teamwork, coaching, and employee engagement
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans
Collaborate with department leaders to identify capability gaps and talent development opportunities
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development within a manufacturing environment
Strong experience in soft skills training and leadership development programs
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in competency development and training management systems is an advantage
