We are seeking a Business Development Partner to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Johore, Malaysia, with flexibility for periodic remote work. As a Business Development Partner, you will focus on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, facilitating training and consultative sessions, managing business development projects, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with company objectives.

- Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of business development initiatives.
- Consulting and Sales expertise to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and craft strategic solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Experience in AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
