Job Description

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

•            Process payments, update bank statements, track payment status, and organise invoices (AP, AR)

•            Update petty cash and record receipts/invoices

•            Process CEO and COO claims.

•            Prepare for audits.

•            Process government grants(childcare, maternity, paternity, etc.).

•            Create trade financing requests.

Human Resources & Administration

•            Human Resource administration.

•            Update employee handbook.

•            Update EP/SP/WP personal details on WPOL/EPOL.

•            Organise induction programs for new employees.

•            Arrange staff training (e.g., CCP).

•            Recruitment support.

•            Update organisational chart.

•            Ensure business adheres to legal rules and guidelines.

•            Book transport and accommodation.

Corporate Compliance & IT Support

•            Renewal or purchase of insurance(office, work pass, etc.).

•            Coordinate with IT support on domain, website, and other IT matters.

•            Backup OneDrive.

•            Ensure health and safety compliance in the office.

•            Prepare IT equipment for new hires.

•            Provide and train new hires on IT systems and software.

Office& Vendor Management

•            Monitor and reorder office supplies and consumables.

•            Liaise with vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, courier, etc.).

•            Coordinate meetings and company events.

•            Arrange print namecards.

•            Manage office maintenance requirements.

Other Duties

•            Any other duties as required.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

•            MicrosoftOffice

•            Windows

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION LEVEL

•            Diploma and above

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•            At least two years.
