Job Descriptions:

1. Assist Manager to perform warehousing and logistics daily operations.
2. Oversees all inbound and outbound activities, warehouse operations and Organisation
3. Report on any stock discrepancies
4. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilisation
5. Conduct stock take periodically
6. Liaise with relevant departments on daily operations.
7. Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements :

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy load goods
