Requirements:

• hold a minimum qualification of a degree holder from a recognized university trained in the field of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; and
• have a minimum of 5 years of experiences in Mechanical and Electrical field

Scope of duties of the Project Manager shall include but not limited to the followings:

1. To submit the report for schedule of servicing for the systems on a monthly basis
2. To liaise the Employer's representative to ensure proper coordination for the execution of the works as required by the Company
3. To prepare and submit monthly management reports
4. To attend site meetings as directed
5. To prepare and submit other reports, works progress report, etc as and when directed
6. To prepare Bills of Quantity with appropriate sketch or shop drawing
7. Any other duties as assigned from time to time
