Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our company located at Jurong!. If you enjoy helping customers transform their homes with the perfect lighting and bathroom solutions, we want to hear from you!
Highlight
Role: Sales Associate
Basic Salary: $2,100 – $2,300 (depending on experience)
Incentives: Commission based on Sales Revenue (Paid out monthly)
Working Hours: 6 days a week | 10:30am – 8:30pm (Full shift)
Additional Pay: Overtime (OT) eligible
Key Responsibilities
As the face of our showroom, you will play a vital role in the customer journey:
Greet walk-in customers and provide expert product recommendations tailored to their needs.
Propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions by demonstrating product features and benefits.
Prepare professional quotations and diligently follow up on sales enquiries.
Maintain high standards of showroom cleanliness, ensure product displays are attractive, and assist with stock arrangement.
Coordinate with team members regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
Support daily retail operations to hit individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is energetic and takes pride in their work:
Friendly, proactive, and deeply customer oriented.
Strong communication skills. Bilingual proficiency (English & Mandarin) is required to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clientele.
Prior retail or sales experience is preferred, especially within the lighting, bathroom, or Interior Design (ID) industries.
A positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn about our technical product range.
