Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their needs and preferences.
· Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to encourage sales.
· Provide accurate information about products or services, including pricing, specifications, and promotions.
· To promote retail items and assist customers in making purchasing decisions by upselling related products or accessories.
· Provide samples to both walk in shoppers and dine in customers.
· Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and demonstration areas.
· Monitor inventory levels daily and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.
· Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and deliver exceptional customer service
Job Requirements:
· Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales environment preferred; candidates without experience but with a positive attitude may be considered
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
· Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable, and service-driven attitude
· Ability to demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits clearly
· Basic understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling
· Good product knowledge awareness
· Ability to handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally
· Strong sense of responsibility in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
· Basic inventory awareness and attention to detail
· Able to work both independently
· Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
