Job Summary

Lead and supervise architectural and fit-out projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards while coordinating effectively with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and fit-out works to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Verify workmanship aligns with approved architectural drawings to maintain design integrity
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve construction issues promptly
• Coordinate communications and workflows with consultants and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Architecture recognized by BOA Singapore
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architecture
• At least 5 years of experience supervising architectural works
