Lift Supervisor

Responsibility
Maintenance Supervision – Plan, organize, and supervise daily lift & escalator service activities.
Breakdown Response – Lead service teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely fault resolution.
Safety & Compliance – Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with BCA/MOM regulations.
Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, analyze callback data, and implement improvements.
Client Coordination – Liaise with clients, managing agents, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Team Development – Mentor and guide technicians to strengthen technical and safety competencies.
Documentation – Prepare service records, audit reports, and management documentation.
