Job Summary

Assist the Contract Manager in preparing tender cost estimates by performing quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software and supporting the drafting team with AutoCad software to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software to support tender costing accuracy
• Estimate tender costs based on quantity data and project requirements
• Assist the drafting team by preparing and modifying drawings using AutoCad software
• Utilize Word, Excel, AutoCad, and Bluebeam Quantity Surveying software proficiently to complete project tasks
• Interpret and apply tender criteria and requirements to ensure compliance in cost estimation
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support project objectives and deadlines
