Company Overview

Tribecar is a 100% Made-in-Singapore on-demand car-sharing service with over 1300 locations. Members access cars via smartphone 24/7 with no minimum booking length. We design, build, and maintain every element of the service ourselves.

Job Summary

Lead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships in sustainable mobility. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technology solutions and support business growth through financial analysis and strategic planning.

Job Descriptions:

 Entrepreneurial and experienced business development leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate with decision makers and influencers comfortably and effectively

 Identify and secure new business opportunities and to create strategic relationship with potential partners on technologies for sustainable mobility

  Able to think strategically on the application of the technology solutions and conceive compelling value propositions to the partners and corporate clients

 Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and stakeholders to manage project timeline completion and customer satisfaction

 Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, stakeholders & tech team to manage project and customer satisfaction

 Support company's strategies on business projects, including but not limited to financial analysis, strategic planning, management presentations, research, etc.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of business development, product management and project management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within Technology or Transportation environment

 The candidate to be both tech and relationship-driven, with the ability to understand the needs, cultivate trust, and identify key value proposition for the customer

 Knowledge of programming languages relevant to data manipulation to enhance technical understanding

 Self-starter, independent, organised with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

 Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to venture into uncharted territories with limited resources, shifting priorities, meet tight deadlines and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time

 Able to converse in Japanese is a plus.
