Title:

E-Commerce Sales Support

Reports to:

Sales Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
  • Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
  • Ensure timely execution of order process management.
  • Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
  • Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
  • Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
  • Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
  • Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
  • Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

  • Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
  • Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
