Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients
• Deepen existing client relationships through regular engagement and financial reviews
• Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable banking and wealth solutions
• Provide quality customer service and timely follow-up support
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion through referrals and relationship building
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Experience in banking, wealth management, financial advisory, insurance, or relationship management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with good relationship management abilities
• Comfortable engaging clients and providing financial solutions
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Relevant CMFAS certifications preferred or willingness to obtain them
