Responsibilities
We’re looking for passionate, people-oriented individuals who want to grow with a new and exciting hospitality concept in Singapore.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve drinks
Host and engage guests with warmth and personality
Run food and floor service smoothly
Support events and create a lively atmosphere
Deliver thoughtful, guest-first hospitality every shift
Team Culture
At Kiap Kiap, everyone shares the same core responsibilities and rotates roles weekly — from hosting, bartending, to leading the floor. You will be working closely with the Founders of the company to learn and grow together, and to be a part of something new.

Strong command of English and confident communication skills
Warm, outgoing and personable
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
Guest-first mentality and natural hospitality
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and late nights
Extroverts or ambiverts who know how to have fun while staying professional
No experience? No problem.
We can teach skills — but attitude and personality matter most.
