JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in:
- Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Technology / related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Quantity Surveying / Construction / Interior Fit-Out
- (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about construction costing, project coordination, and site management.
This role focuses on quantity measurement, costing, project documentation, and supporting smooth project execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Quantity Surveying & Costing
- Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation for projects
- Assist in preparing quotations, tender documents & BQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Monitor project costing and budget control
- Source and compare material pricing from suppliers
- Prepare progress claims and project documentation
Project Coordinate
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers & project team
- Assist in project planning and site progress monitoring
- Ensure project documents are properly updated and organized
- Attend site visits and meetings when required
- Support project manager in daily operations
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare reports, payment claims & variation orders
- Maintain proper filing for project records and invoices
- Track project progress and material usage
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards

ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Experience in Interior Design industry
- Site coordination experience
- Knowledge in renovation & fit-out projects
- Good negotiation skills with suppliers & subcontractors
