Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Intern role based in Subang Jaya. The Account Intern will assist with financial tasks, account management, and customer service activities. Daily responsibilities include processing financial data, supporting communication between departments, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also require analyzing data and contributing to reports to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for processing financial data and contributing to reports
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience or aptitude in Customer Service and resolving client queries
• Familiarity with Account Management to assist in building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
