We are partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Partnerships Manager to drive business growth in their programmatic advertising business. You will identify new clients and partnership opportunities in Europe and in the US, manage relationships, and work with internal teams to ensure campaigns and projects are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, conducting regular check-ins and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch services and solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, including contracts and pricing agreements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing; programmatic advertising experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client and partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
