We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology company that is helping enterprises modernize their cloud infrastructure and accelerate the adoption of AI-powered applications. We are looking for a customer-facing Senior Solutions Architect to work closely with enterprise clients, helping them design, implement, and optimize cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes environments, and AI infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs to help customers understand their technical landscape, business objectives, and modernization initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, and AI workloads.
• Design scalable architectures and implementation strategies covering Kubernetes, container platforms, infrastructure automation, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML environments.
• Lead technical workshops, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase solution capabilities and business value.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping clients navigate architecture decisions, deployment challenges, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions and provide feedback on future product enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, GPU-based environments, or large-scale data and analytics platforms is huge plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers through solution design, technical validation, and implementation planning.
