We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Digital, Mobile, Wealth, or Financial Planning projects.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
• Drive end-to-end business analysis processes, from requirement gathering to solution implementation.
• Lead or support large-scale, complex transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Life Insurance.
• Proven experience in transformation initiatives, ideally within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convince and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
