The Job

• Lead and supervise Building Management and MCST teams to ensure smooth operations and zero service disruptions.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify building defects and implement cost-efficient corrective actions.
• Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring expenditure control and value for money.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance, including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract renewals.
• Review and supervise tenant fit-out, A&A, and AEI works to ensure compliance with statutory and design requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of maintenance and marketing events

The Talent

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in real estate industry.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates with industry relevant certifications such as FSM, GMA, GMAP, GMAAP, Water Efficiency Manager will have an added advantage.
• Familiar with the Building Management and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
• Able to lead, guide and coach team members.
• Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with management and internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong team player and able to collaborate with colleagues, contractors/vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
