Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the public service sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, and comfortable using collaborative platforms and digital tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, administrative, and management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate multiple concurrent activities
  • Positive working attitude and team player
  • Willing to support colleagues job functions within the same division when necessary

Summary

Support ICT system migration projects through planning coordination, stakeholder liaison, and user support to ensure successful project delivery and user readiness.

Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Provide guidance to users on ICT equipment/devices based on relevant SOPs and guidelines
  • Act as customer service consultant for ICT transitions
  • Process ICT requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Serve as liaison point with relevant stakeholders

ICT Planning and Coordination

  • Assist in planning and scheduling ICT migration activities
  • Support coordination of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Align migration schedules with technical teams, vendors, and users
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and risks
  • Monitor asset movement and coordinate with vendors on delivery and installation

Administrative & Documentation Duties

  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and status updates
  • Maintain ICT policies, user guides, and project documentation
  • Document FAQs, user guides, and training materials
  • Support change request documentation and approvals

User and Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate user communication and onboarding throughout migration
  • Track feedback and support queries
  • Support communication rollouts and escalate issues as needed
