The Job

• Support HR systems administration and ensure data integrity across HR platforms
• Develop, maintain, and improve RNF reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel
• Partner with HR Ops colleagues and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all operational processes are consistent with HR policies and Group compliance and Regulatory requirements
• Provide any ad hoc HR Operations support as assigned from time to time

The Talent

• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience in HR systems, HR analytics, or HR process improvement is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for efficiency
• Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with relevant stakeholders
