Assist the Key Account Manager in daily departmental activities. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with production personnel on production schedules and delivery arrangements. Follow up closely on customer orders and provide regular updates to customers. Monitor urgent, on-hold, and cancelled orders, and report customer feedback to the Key Account Manager. Coordinate daily delivery arrangements with the Warehouse and Store departments. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for customers. Generate daily sales order reports and delivery schedules for management review. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email professionally. Maintain and update customer LMW licenses and sales consumption certificates. Maintain a systematic filing system and ensure proper document control. Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
