Responsibilities
Hiring: Mandarin/Cantonese Interpreter
Work Setup: Work From Home
Employment Type: Renewable Contract (6 Months + 12 Months)
Experience: 0–5 Years
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Salary & Benefits
• RM4,000–RM4,500 Basic Salary
• Up to RM5,000 based on experience
• RM150 Monthly Internet Allowance
• RM25 Night Shift Allowance per working day
• Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
• Provide accurate over-the-phone interpretation between English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers.
• Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism.
• Ensure clear and complete communication without altering meaning.
• Handle sensitive conversations with composure and accuracy.
Requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• High School, Diploma, or Degree holders may apply.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
• Stable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
