Your Responsibilities: Business Development Manager


We're seeking a proactive individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business success. In this role, you'll lead business development efforts, foster client relationships, and explore new opportunities for growth. Responsibilities


  1. To identify and develop new business leads, secure business opportunities, and continuously expand client-base.
  2. To be responsible for directing the development of the Company’s marketing and A&P programs both traditional and digital.
  3. To assess existing and potential markets, develop sound strategies and proposals to Management.
  4. Must act as a bridge and develop good relationships between the Company and clients.
  5. To review own performance and aim at exceeding the targets set and agreed upon.
  6. To display efficiency in gathering market information to enable service and pricing strategy.
  7. To prepare presentation materials, business proposals, sales support materials.
  8. To be able to deliver presentations explaining the Company’s services to clients.
  9. To continuously develop and implement a cohesive business development plan to increase brand awareness.
  10. To collaborate closely with inhouse Contracts and Creative team members to align the needs of clients.
  11. To participate in periodic planning of the Company’s objectives.
  12. To continuously track competitors’ activities.


Requirements


  1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related discipline.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  3. Experience and exposure in the Interior Design industry.
  4. Possess knowledge in Digital Marketing and strategies in Social Media Marketing platform.
  5. Excellent verbal and written English, a good communicator and possess good writing skills.
  6. A fast learner, creative, initiative, meticulous and a team player.
  7. Assertive negotiating abilities, self-motivated, independent and results oriented.
  8. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  9. Strategic mind-set, good business acumen and possess an ability to make sound decisions
  10. Outgoing, an extrovert with a winning personality
