The Role Take ownership of inbound and outbound logistics operations across sea freight and beyond:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound sea freight transport, ensuring customer deadlines are met at cost-optimal conditions
• Oversee loading planning, consolidation, and deconsolidation activities across multiple sites and locations
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, packaging, and customer-specific quality requirements at all times
• Track and monitor shipment milestones, following up promptly with all relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate service provider performance, transport reliability, and vessel and shipment tracking
• Prepare and manage transport documentation, freight accounting records, and additional cost analysis
• Support process improvement initiatives and risk management for overseas delivery services

What We're Looking For We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented logistics professional who is ready to hit the ground running:

• Solid experience in logistics, transportation, or freight management with a focus on sea freight
• Okay with shift arrangement
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes and documentation requirements
• Familiarity with freight accounting, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
