Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and maintain FSMS in compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards.
2.Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure audit readiness.
3.Monitor regulatory and labeling requirements and communicate updates.
4.Ensure compliance of raw materials, packaging, and finished products with quality, safety, and Halal requirements.
5.Maintain QA/QC and Halal documentation, including SOPs, records, and product specifications.
6.Ensure GMP compliance, including hygiene, sanitation, and pest control management.
7.Handle customer complaints, including investigation, CAPA implementation, and reporting.
8.Support product trials, shelf-life studies, and R&D activities.
9.Review labeling and support packaging artwork approval for local and export markets.
10.Prepare documentation for Sales/Marketing and export compliance.
11.Conduct internal food safety and Halal training.
12.Support Halal compliance initiatives and coordinate with certification bodies to ensure compliance and timely certification renewal.
13.Support Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance and workplace safety practices.
14.Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
•Fresh graduates or minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in QAQC, Halal compliance, or food manufacturing are preferred.
•Knowledge of ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal standards, food in local and export regulations.
•Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
•Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
