Job Description:

The Site Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and structural surveys on construction sites to ensure the accuracy of site plans and assist in the proper execution of construction work. They provide critical data to guide design, layout, and building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographical, boundary, and layout surveys on construction sites.
• Use surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, levels) to measure land features and elevations.
• Interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Establish site control points and benchmarks for construction reference.
• Collaborate with site engineers and contractors to ensure correct site positioning and levels.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of construction work against design drawings and survey data.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, reports, and site sketches.
• Resolve discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Assist in as-built surveys upon project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in surveying or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects would be an added advantage.
• Should excel in working within a team, promoting a collaborative and cooperative work environment.
• Have a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
• Candidate must be able to relocate/travel/based at site Alam Perdana, Puncak Alam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
