Job Summary:
As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and product quality. You will coordinate with various departments to meet production targets, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to ensure output meets targets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any production issues.
• Monitor machine performance, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot production problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and compliance with company policies.
• Control and monitor usage of raw materials to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Assist in manpower planning, including scheduling and task allocation.

Requirements (Optional):

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years working experience in manufacturing / metal industry
• Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
