Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machines and performing production tasks to ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards, safety requirements, and production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions
- Perform assembly, packing, or basic machining processes
- Ensure products meet quality specifications
- Conduct basic inspection and report defects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (5S)
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Meet daily production targets
- Assist in machine setup and minor troubleshooting
- Record production output and report any issues to supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work on shifts
- Able to follow instructions and work in a team
