Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor oversees daily construction operations, managing workers and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. He/She interpret blueprints, enforce building codes and safety protocols, and maintain quality control, acting as the primary point of responsibility on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

· Site Management: Direct daily operations, coordinate workers, and manage equipment/material deliveries.

· Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (PPE compliance), conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with building regulations.

· Quality Control & Progress: Inspect work to meet quality standards, track project schedules, and report progress to management.

· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and assign tasks to on-site workers and resolve disputes.

· Documentation: Maintain daily reports, logs, and site records.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum Degree or Diploma in any field or equivalent.

· Preferably 1-2 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.

· Intermediate understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

· Strong skills in managing teams, motivating workers, and coordinating with stakeholders.

· Analytical thinking to address on-site delays or technical issues.

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.

· Self-starters with great interpersonal, communications skills & presentation skill

· Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin. Competency in other languages / dialects is an added advantage.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, navigate uneven terrain, and potentially working near an excavated edge.

· Working hours: Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday (only when necessary)
