Responsibilities
Location : Klinik Careclinics Al Amin, Alor Gajah
The duties and responsibilities include but shall not be limited to the following: -
1) Handling of medications including dispensing prescriptions, maintaining the cleanliness in the dispensing area, checking the labels of all dispensed drugs and anything that is related to the medications.
2) Responsible for every patient’s safety where the Employee will make and supervise the filling and refilling of prescriptions, counselling the patients on adverse reactions and interactions with other medications, food or beverages.
3) Responsible to communicate with the prescribers should the prescription is unclear and potentially harmful to a patient.
4) Accountable for the quality assurance and any return of goods by customer(s) due to defective product(s).
5) Maintaining proper records of patients’ details while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
6) Responsible on the administrative tasks of the Clinic and ensure that all needed products / medications are stocked and required reports are generated and filed.
7) Responsible to improve the system and situation in the Clinic.
8) Complying with all the instructions of Management team in the performance of duties.
9) To assist in any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
