Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Baker with a strong focus on cake production and product development (R&D). This role is ideal for someone who not only executes consistently but also enjoys experimenting with new recipes, flavors, and concepts to elevate our menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes (daily production & custom orders)
• Handle cake decoration, finishing, and presentation
• Lead or contribute to new product development (cakes, desserts, seasonal items)
• Experiment with flavors, textures, and techniques to improve existing products
• Assist in bread and pastry production when required
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker, with strong cake-making skills
• Experience in R&D or creating new recipes/menu items is highly preferred
• Knowledge of bread and pastry is an advantage
• Passion for creativity and staying updated with baking trends
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work early shifts.
