Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) based on customer demand, forecast, and capacity.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.

• Monitor daily/weekly production performance, identify gaps, and drive recovery plans.

• Manage WIP levels to support output, cycle time, and efficiency targets

• Manage changes in customer requirements and support order review processes

• Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved

• Prepare and submit production reports

Minimum Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in material planning, production planning, or similar roles

• Strong analytical and coordination skills with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.

• Good understanding of production planning and inventory control

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in English, and Mandarin (to liaise with stakeholders)

• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
