Job Responsibilities **:

• Manage finished goods storage, order fulfilment, and shipment execution.

• Ensure on-time, accurate delivery to customers and distribution hubs.

• Coordinate with Logistics, Forwarders, and Customers on shipping plans and requirements.

• Monitor DC KPIs including OTD, shipment accuracy, and logistics cost.

• Handle delivery issues and ensure on-time shipment.

• Prepare and submit shipment reports.

Minimum Requirement **:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning, or similar roles

• Strong analytical and coordination skills with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.

• Good understanding of production planning and inventory control

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in English, and Mandarin (to liaise with stakeholders)

• A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
