• Liaise with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Promote and present our fixed package recruitment solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and promote repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust client base.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in HR or Business Development.
• Experience in HR and Marketing is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Eager to earn money and work in a team.
