Role Description This is an internship role for an ERP Functional Intern based in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements and mapping them to ERPNext functionalities. Daily tasks include supporting ERPNext configuration, testing system behavior, and documenting workflows, processes, and user guides. The role involves coordinating with implementation consultants, responding to user queries, and helping deliver training or walkthrough sessions. The intern will also help prepare reports, perform basic data validation, and contribute to continuous improvement of Musufa’s ERPNext templates and industry-specific solutions.

Qualifications

• Business graduates (Bachelors or Masters) eg in HR, Accounting, CA/ACCA/CIMA, Manufacturing, SCM/Sales, BBA/MBA or similar education and/or industry knowledge.
• Comfortable in presenting, demo, to IT or business users about ERP. Knowledge of ERP is highly preferred and ERPNext is even better.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to understand business processes and translate them into ERP requirements.
• Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and documentation in a structured manner.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to collaborate with teammates and support end users professionally.
• Basic understanding or interest in finance, accounting, or business operations to work with ERP modules such as financials, inventory, HR, manufacturing and CRM.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in ERP systems (ERPNext preferred), cloud technologies, and digital transformation for SMEs.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate in a multicultural, inclusive environment.
• No Visa will be provided for this opening. Candidates are expected from Malaysia only.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, basic databases, or reporting tools is an advantage.

• ERP Familiarity: You’ve explored ERPNext personally, done a university project on ERPs, or have a strong theoretical grasp of Business Systems.
• Education or Domain Interest: You have a background or strong interest in Finance, Manufacturing, HR, Sales (CRM), SCM or Taxation.
• Tech-Curious: You have some experience with ERP, or ERPNext system (or a strong desire to learn) to handle system configuration.
• Soft Skills: You are a fast learner who can communicate confidently and professionally with business users.
• Location: Based in or near Kuala Lumpur for occasional client meetings, with the flexibility of working from home.
