Job Description
Responsibilities
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in VoIP systems
- Experience with Asterisk / FreePBX / Kamailio
- Strong understanding of SIP protocol
- Knowledge of VoIP networking and troubleshooting
- Design and deploy voice network solutions, including hardware and software selection
- Configure, maintain, and optimize VoIP and PBX systems
- Manage SIP trunks, call routing, and carrier integrations
- Monitor daily VoIP operations to ensure service level performance
- Troubleshoot call quality and network-related issues in collaboration with network teams
- Install, support, and maintain unified communications and call center systems, including relocations
- Experience with WebRTC
- Familiarity with AI voice technologies or voice automation
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
