Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service and product consultation
Guide customers through the full sales process from inquiry to closing
Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful conversion and satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales records, documents, and reporting system
Monitor individual performance against company targets
Compile and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and task summaries
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least above 2 years of working experience in a sales role
Mandarin communication skill preferred
Good communication in BM & English
Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
Able to work independently and contribute to team goals
Target Achieve Insentif
Quater reward based on performance after confirmation
1 year Bonus after confirmation
