Your new role

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure software applications across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise production systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C#).
• Strong foundation in software design, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with web development (Node.js, Next.js) and cloud or open-source technologies is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for building impactful solutions.
