About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions across multiple business domains. This role will be responsible for defining AI architecture, driving adoption of GenAI technologies, and partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, AI governance, and cloud-native AI architectures, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise Generative AI architecture and technology strategy.
• Design scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI Agents, vector databases, and multimodal AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact GenAI use cases.
• Architect end-to-end AI ecosystems covering data pipelines, model orchestration, security, governance, monitoring, and deployment.
• Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to drive innovation and business value.
• Establish best practices for AI governance, responsible AI, model lifecycle management, and enterprise adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering, data science, and AI teams.
• Partner with global stakeholders to drive AI transformation programs and enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Technology Consulting.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in:
• Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.)
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI frameworks
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.)
• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of AI Governance, Security, LLMOps, and MLOps practices.
• Experience building enterprise AI solutions in regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to Financial Services, Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or other data-intensive industries.
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs, Multimodal AI, and Autonomous Agent architectures.
• Cloud, AI, or Architecture certifications will be an added advantage.
