• Assist in managing quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post-contract stages for assigned projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Source, evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations and prepare recommendation reports.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation claims, and monitor subcontractor claims.
• Monitor project costs, track variations and ensure proper cost control throughout project execution.
• Assist in contract administration including reviewing contract terms, variations and extensions of time.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.
• Maintain proper documentation of cost records, variation orders, and contract correspondences.
• Assist in preparation of cost reports, project cash flow and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, contract requirements and project procedures.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Basic understanding of construction contracts, cost management and tendering processes.
• Familiar with PAM, JKR or CIDB standard forms of contract is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with project teams.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
