Working Day: Monday to Saturday (9am to 7pm)

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing recommendations, and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales & Transactions: Processing payments (cash, card) using Point of Sale (POS) systems, bagging items, and processing refunds.
• Stock Management: Restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, receiving new deliveries, and conducting inventory checks.
• Store Appearance: Maintaining cleanliness, tidying shelves, and creating visual merchandising displays to attract customers.
• Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
• Security & Safety: Monitoring the store for theft, maintaining a safe environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
