Quantity Surveyor

We are a Quantity Surveying consultancy firm based in Petaling Jaya, currently expanding our portfolio of projects in the central region. In line with this growth, we are seeking a suitable candidate to take charge of the projects. Join us and gain on-field experience with high-rise and housing projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, measurement, and cost management.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage project teams and liaise with clients/consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all QS-related matters for the assigned project.
• Handle cost estimation, contract documentation, and tender processes.
• Monitor project cost, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Provide professional advice and reports to clients.
• Taking off quantity (by software cubicost or cost x)
