Responsibilities

What The Role Is

You lead and oversee the production of organic media content for the Army across various public and internal communications platforms.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage the entire production process from content ideation to post-production and clearance
  • Oversee the courses of media production teams and their deployment to events
  • Ensure smooth publication of content across respective communications platforms
  • Develop and implement content strategies to produce well-received materials

    Challenge(s)
  • Staying updated on and leveraging current trends to produce engaging content
  • Meeting tight deadlines for time-sensitive content while maintaining quality

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 6 years of working experience in media production
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design concepts
  • Expertise in using production software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of content strategy and its application in producing effective materials
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
