About The Job:

As a Retail Operations Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of service excellence — guest experience, safety, cashiering, inventory, events, and team standards. You’ll also learn inquiry handling and conversion tracking, because great operations don’t stop at the front door — they connect to sales, retention, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Champion a guest-centric culture by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Engage guests in a friendly, confident, and professional manner — making every visit memorable for families, kids, and corporate clients.
• Manage groups smoothly, keeping experiences safe, structured, and energetic.

Outlet Operations & Facility Management

• Ensure the outlet is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
• Support daily outlet operations, including display standards, outlet presentation, and service readiness.
• Handle cashier duties, ensuring accurate transactions and daily reconciliation in line with SOPs.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely supply orders with vendors.
• Step up during peak periods by cross-covering operational roles when needed.

Event & Promotion Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing celebration parties, team-building and corporate events to deliver seamless flow and strong guest experience.
• Coordinate with BD & Marketing to support special events, holiday promos, and on-ground execution.

Inquiry Handling & Conversion

• Assist the Retail Operations Manager and shadow BD & Marketing in handling incoming inquiries, issue quotations / invoices, and follow-ups to maintain healthy conversion rates.
• Maintain a simple tracking system (Google Sheets & CRM) for leads, follow-ups, and conversions — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Teamwork, Leadership & Problem Solving

• Leverage critical thinking and strong communication to solve on-ground issues calmly and quickly.
• Lead by example, promote Bomb Battle’s brand promise — Positivity, Responsibility, and Fun — in every interaction.
• Take ownership of tasks, spot gaps early, and contribute ideas that improve day-to-day operations.
• Support training of new marshals and help keep track of marshals’ skills growth and customer experience management.

What We Need From You:

• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a playful, energetic environment.
• Able to stay calm, structured, and professional when dealing with customers and team members.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems; able to troubleshoot basic equipment/software issues.
• Comfortable tracking details reliably (leads, follow-ups, stock, SOP checks) using Google Sheets and basic CRM — or eager to learn and do it properly.
• You don’t need a “leader title” to lead — but you should be the kind of person who naturally guides others, helps new joiners settle in, and raises standards through your actions.
• Coachable: you’re open to feedback, apply it fast, and don’t get defensive when trained.
• Work expectations: Weekend work is required (that’s when the action happens most).
