PURPOSE·

· To organize the after cast production plan, monitor the production progress and optimum the production output correctly by coordinating with all related departments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· To attend planning and inventory related meetings and give commitment on required actions.

· To monitor production progress by production section to ensure that there is always accurate, up-to-date information on daily plan adherence and equipment utilization.

· To establish a recovery plan to ensure the plan adherence and customer delivery target are met.

· To produce the required plan adherence reports as well as other management reporting required.

· To ensure completed parts are sent to finished goods area in timely manner in accordance with lean practices.

· Managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information with all departments

· Gather feedback from production members and share with all related departments

· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

· Feedback foresee potential delays or problems

· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

· Follow up and document the day to day production output

· Maintain accurate stock.

· Participate in and ensure accurate stock takes are carried out as required.

Knowledge/ experience/ skills required
· SPM / Certificate in Production or Supply Chain management

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production environment

· Knowledge of ERP logics and solutions are added advantage

· Candidates must be well organized, discipline and comfortable with numbers.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
