Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in MCC Technique Sdn Bhd Puchong - Ricebowl

Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

• To coordinate documentation to DDWG for IPO Listing
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of statutory accounts for the Group.
• Prepare and coordinate announcement as per ACE Market Listing Requirement
• Engage in corporate exercise and diversification of business
• To review, monitor and secure new financing for the Groups.
• Monitoring and analysing project costing and Company’s cash flow and produce financial reports or statements.
• To coordinate and compile Yearly Business Plan
• Enforcing proper accounting methods and tax compliance
• Assist in corporate governance, compliance and internal control for the Group.
• Budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.
• Coordination of annual report and AGM
• Liaise with internal and external parties (auditors, company secretarial, investment banker etc.) for statutory compliance and banking matters.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification.
• Possess of at least 3 years of working experience in relative position or audit experience in listed company.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure
• Candidate with audit experience is encourage to apply .

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
